Schedule and school venue
Lectures have been scheduled from the morning of Monday February 11 until the evening of Friday February 15. They have been held in the Lise-Meitner lecture hall in the Faculty of Physics of the University of Vienna.

Tutorials
Four tutorial classes have been held in parallel each afternoon. On Tuesday, one of the tutorial classes has been devoted to Wikipedia, with the aim to improve the existing content related to the topics covered by the school. More generally, the scope was to stress the importance of having reliable scientific content on this widely used tool and to provide the basics on how to write in Wikipedia. Welcome reception and social dinner
The reception took place at Stiegl-Ambulanz Austrian restaurant. We are grateful to the Association "Erwin Schrödinger International Institute for Mathematical Physics", the Journal of Mathematical Physics and Universe for contributing to cover the costs of the welcome reception.
The social dinner took place at Feuerwehr Wagner Weingut, which is in the outskirts of Vienna. We are grateful to the GATIS+ network for contributing to cover the costs of the social dinner.
