You may book your hotel directly via Zurich Tourism: online, by email or phone (+41 (0) 44 215 40 40).

Most hotels in Zurich are quite expensive, and you may want to consider alternatives, like hostels or CouchSurfing.

Arrival and departure

The workshop will start on Tuesday, the 9th.
Registration/welcome starts at 10:15, and the first talk at 11:30.
The workshop should end on Friday, the 12th, around 16:30.

The workshop venue is less than 10min away from the train station (Zurich HB), and 20-30min from the airport. 

For speakers

Talks will take 40min + 5min for questions at the end.

Note, however, that the audience will be encouraged to pose questions during the talk, so it may be best to plan for a 30-35min presentation.
