Participants and Posters
Participants are expected to apply before October 29, 2017.
At the time of application, please indicate if you would like to present a poster. We encourage all applicants to apply for a poster presentation.
The program is intended for PhD students and post-docs with an interest in integrable models and their applications to AdS/CFT. Exceptional Master's students are also welcome to apply. As indicated in the application form, researchers who have already published one ore more articles are invited to link their publication page. Researchers who have no publications should ask their supervisor or a senior colleague to send a short recommendation email on their behalf.
Successful applicants will be notified at the beginning of November.
Please note that, while there is no registration fee, participants are expected to pay for their room and board expenses at the Monte Verità Conference Center. The cost of six nights in shared accommodation and all meals including the gala dinner will be 710 CHF to be paid directly to the Monte Verità hotel. As participants are expected to attend the whole meeting, no discounts are possible for reduced stays.
While this is an already discounted rate, we recognise that this may be a significant expense. Therefore we can provide a limited number of grants which cover circa 50% of the room and board costs. Please indicate at the time of application whether you would like to apply for a grant.
If you have read the above instructions, you can proceed to the application form.
